Grilled Chicken and Vegetables!
*Set the oven to 450 (you can substitute for any vegetables)
-Chicken Breast
-Zucchini
-Onion
-Red Pepper
Directions: Use a large flat pan preferably a cookie sheet pan. Cut the vegetables in large 2 bite size pieces lay them out on the pan. Take your Chicken Breast flatten out to about 1 inch place on the pan with the vegetable. Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce lightly over everything. Season with black pepper, garlic powder. Enjoy:)
